Dry Eye Treatments
Google searches for Dry Eye Treatments have doubled over the last 10 years. Hours in front of screens for work or entertainment takes a toll on your eyes. Dr. Richard Yee has spent years researching and developing specialized treatments for people who suffer from dry, red, itchy or irritated eyes.
Cataract
Cataracts affect over 24 million Americans. Most cataracts occur after the age of 40. As you age, the proteins that are a natural part of your lens begin to clump together and cloud your vision. Some cataracts can make everything look less vivid or sharp. Surgery is safe, effective and can return the vibrant color to your life.
LASEK
LASEK eye surgery is a variation of PRK to correct myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness) and astigmatism. LASEK combines certain methods from both LASIK and PRK.
LASIK remains the most popular laser eye surgery, but for people who are not suitable LASIK candidates, PRK or LASEK may be better options and produce comparable outcomes.
Cornea
The cornea acts as the eye's outer lens and helps to focus light as it enters the eye. Problems with the cornea can cause reduced or blurred vision, pain in the eye, sensitivity to light or inflammation. Treatments vary from drops to transplants depending on severity.
